Some examples include walking, running, swimming, dancing, playing sports, and lifting weights. Another way to increase our strength is through yoga. Yoga is an excellent exercise because it improves flexibility and breathing. We should avoid junk food and drink lots of water if we are trying to lose weight.

Last but not least, we discussed sleep. Sleep is the most important thing we do each and every day. We become tired and stressed if we don't get enough rest. This can lead us to many problems such as anxiety, back pains, depression, heart disease or diabetes, and even obesity. It is essential that we get sufficient sleep in order to keep our health good.
