Some examples include walking, running, swimming, dancing, playing sports, and lifting weights. Another way to increase our strength is through yoga. Yoga is an excellent exercise because it improves flexibility and breathing. You should not eat too many junk foods and drink lots water if you are looking to lose weight.

Last but not least, we discussed sleep. Sleep is one of the most important things that we do every day. When we don't get enough sleep, we tend to become tired and stressed. This leads to problems such as headaches, back pain, depression, heart disease, diabetes, and obesity. To stay healthy, it is important to get enough rest.
